Once your reservation is complete you would receive a confirmation directly from the provider (that being the airline, travel company or agency). This means that if you need to change/cancel your flight reservation, you’ll need to touch-base with the provider directly. If you are not sure who is your provider, don’t panic, you can find this information on the reservation confirmation email or your credit card statement.
First, don’t panic! It might take some time before you receive a reservation confirmation email. If you are too stressed out, go ahead and contact the company you booked with directly to confirm if the reservation went through. Remember: don’t try to book again before you’ve contacted the company, because you could end up with two reservations!
